August Workout Challenge Complete
In August, I wrote about how I was undertaking a daily workout challenge. Long story short, I’ve completed it.
I didn’t skip any days whatsoever. I also didn’t have a dedicated day to just cardio. I straight up worked out with:
. Weights
. Machines
. Kettlebells
. Bodyweight
But yes, I did do light cardio often.
With that said, here’s a quick rundown on some stuff related to that challenge.
Before We Start: Fast Facts
Here’s a few quick things to know:
. I’ve been working out for many years
. It’s been a longtime since I’ve done a proper workout challenge
. I did gym workouts
. I did at-home workouts
. I hit abs daily
. I did light cardio often (typically a walk). Before or after my workout
