December 2024: 31 Days Of Working Out
Here we are, the last month of 2024! And for the month of December, I’ve decided I’ll workout 31 days in a row. I did do this a few months back, and I felt great afterwards.
This time around, my workouts will either consist of gym workouts, at-home workouts, and/or cardio-only workouts.
Last time I trained daily, I stuck with resistance workouts at home and at the gym. But to be fair, I did do cardio too, but I didn’t have a dedicated day/days for it.
With that said, here’s a quick rundown on this little challenge I’m undertaking. Bare in mind I have plenty of experience training, I know my body, limits, and all of that other good stuff.
What My workouts Will Consist Of
My workouts could change on the whim, but the bottom line is I will be exercising daily for the entire month. This is the most important thing. And now, here is the brief version of what my 31 days of working will look like:
. Gym workouts
I’ll hit the gym at least 3–4 times a week. I’ll target each muscle over the course of two days. If I go four days, I’ll hit all those muscles again on day three and day four.
