Facebook Feed Being Weird; Right After11/6/2024
I don’t know if anybody else has experienced this, or if it’s just me. What I’m referring to is a change in my Facebook Newsfeed.
For me, it’s a bit of a weird change, giving the timing it happened.
The change: I’m seeing far more posts from random pages. Far more posts than from my “Facebook Friends”. This literally started happening the day after the USA Presidential Election, after the winner was announced.
I’m honestly not bothered by the change. I just noticed it, and it got me thinking a bit.
Facebook Made ‘Feed’ Changes/Did Anybody Else
As far as I’m aware, it seems that Facebook is the only site that changed up their newsfeed. At lease in my case, but I could be wrong.
For all I know, maybe there wasn’t any changes at all, and it’s the “algorithm” at play. But. . . .
The stuff appearing on my Newsfeed on Facebook is a whole bunch of random content. And not content from anybody on my Friends’ List.
I have to scroll for a bit before I come across a post from a “Friend”. But, they are far and few between.
