Gym Routine: November 2024
We’re three days into November. It’s a brand new month, and what a good time it is to switch up my gym workout routine! For the record, I do enjoy switching things up regularly.
That said, this month will have me at the gym between 3–5 days a week. Generally speaking, it’ll likely be three days per week.
I’m actually excited about this routine. But, do bear in mind that this is just a general look at my workout.
This means my routine can change on a whim, but for the most part it will look like this.
Day One: Chest, Arms, Abs, and Cardio
Day one will be chest, arms, abs, and cardio. In general, my routine will consist of the below.
Chest
. Seated machine presses
. Seated incline machine presses
. Seated pec-deck flyes
. Seated machine incline flyes
I’ll do three sets of each exercise. Reps, I’ll do anywhere from 10–15 reps per set.
Arms
. Barbell curls/Reverse barbell Curls/Dumbbell curls/Concentration curls
