January 2025: My Workouts
Note: I’ll be updating this regularly. This will be a good way to quickly note down my workouts, while sharing it with whoever wishes to read it.
It’s a brand new year, and a brand new month. This month I decided instead of writing individual articles about my workouts, I’ll just update one article. There’s a few reasons why I’m doing it this way for this month:
. It’s easier (in my opinion)
. I can quickly look back to see the workouts I’ve done
. A different way of tracking things
. Kind of a way to hold myself accountable
. I want to challenge myself, and workout daily
Also, I want to mention that I know my body, and I have been working out for over 20 years. Some workouts may seem intense, while others seem like a cakewalk. . . . But I know myself, my body, my limits, and all of that other stuff.
And with all that said, feel free to check in often to see what I’ve been doing.
January 1st: At-Home Workout
