July Workout Routine

I can’t believe we’re in July already! I’ve taken the last few weeks off from working out, but it’s time to get back into it.

Throughout the Month of July I will be training three days per week. Each workout will consist of a full-body workout. I will breeze through each workout and I’ll only take a brief rest after I train a body part. For example, I’ll rest after training chest, and then I’ll rest again after I train…
