March 20th: Workout Routine For The Week

This week and the next few weeks, my workout sessions will be short and intense. Here’s what my workout routine looks like for the week of March 20th.

Monday: Chest
The exercises I’ll do for chest are:

. Push-ups
. Decline push-ups
. Kettlebell push-outs
. Kettlebell push-outs for upper chest
. Decline dumbbell flyes
. Regular dumbbell flyes
