My Top 20 Chest Exercises

There’s lots of different chest exercises I can do. But I tend to always stick with the same 20 exercises. Bear in mind I typically choose 3–5 exercises per chest session, and I’m not doing these 20 exercises in a single session.

With that said, (in no particular order) here are my top 20 chest exercises:

1. Barbell bench press
2. Incline barbell bench press
3. Dumbbell presses
4. Incline
