My Workout Routine For Today: Back & Arms

I’ll be hitting my back and arms today at the gym. Here’s what my workout routine will look like:


My back routine will consist of:

Upper Back
. Seated machine rows
. Standing dumbbell rows
. Seated machine lateral pull-downs
. Back flyes or seated cable rows
