Quick Thought Of The Day: Workout No Matter What

Yup, easier said than done. I plow through a ton of work on a weekly basis, but I have been forcing myself to blast through workouts. These days I focus on short, but intense workouts. The point? Workout no matter what if one of your goals is to get into better shape, improve your health and all that other good stuff.
