September 2024: My Workout Routine For The Month

My workout routine for September looks like this

It’s a new month, and I’ve decided that for the month of September, I’ll be switching up my workout routine a bit.

I’ll be training regularly, but the biggest change I’ll be making is I’ll be doing more cardio than strength training.

It’s been a longtime since the bulk of my workouts consisted of cardio. But every now and then I like to really, really, REALLY change things up. So for me, this is a pretty big change.

That said, read on if you’re curious about what my workout will consist of this month.

Weights: Twice A Week

I’ll be hitting the weights at least twice a week. My weight workouts will be performed at the gym. However, my workout routines with weight may consist of some or all of the following:

. Free weights

. Smith machines

. Machines in general

. Circuit training

And a few others might be thrown into the mix. Also, I’ll do all sorts of sets and rep ranges, such as:

. Giant sets

. Tri sets
