(September 26th) Monday Workout: Legs

It’s the start of the workout week for me. I’ll be training legs today. Here’s what my leg workout will consist of:

Leg Presses Or Squats

The first exercise I’ll do will be either leg presses or barbell squats. Depending on how busy it is at the gym, I might opt for dumbbell squats.
